HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

All orders are collected by our courier within 72 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been despatched when ready to be collected by our courier, followed by your tracking information on the day that your order is being shipped out. This will read from "SISTERS AND SEEKERS" on notification texts.

United Kingdom

We are a UK based company, providing Standard 2-3 Working Day Shipping with DPD at £3.99, including full tracking updates to your mobile or email. You can also download the free DPD app which allows you to manage your shipment, for example, select your delivery time slot, leave with a neighbour or deliver to a different address within your same postcode area.

All UK orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping which will automatically be applied at the checkout.

If you need your order on a Saturday, we offer Saturday Express Shipping for orders placed before Friday 1pm GMT for £6.99 to guarantee your delivery arriving on Saturday.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship worldwide, with an estimated timeframe of 7-10 working days for countries outside of the United Kingdom.

For International Shipping we partner with DPD Courier. As international customers you will be provided all shipment information via your tracking notifications during shipping of your parcel to the contact number or email address you have given at the checkout.

For estimated time frames for international orders please select your country from the drop-down menu above. All time frames are based on working/business days which do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that these shipping times are advised by our courier and do not include any delays caused at customs or due to COVID-19, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

We do not offer express shipping at this time however all International orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of placing your order (excluding weekend and public holidays). You are notified of completion when your order has been processed and when it has been collected by the courier.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Brother & Kin and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Brother & Kin will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please contact support@brotherandkin.com with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address. We cannot guarantee that all address changes will be possible, however our Customer Care team will always try to resolve all issues that arise where they can.

Please also ensure your contact information is correct at the checkout to be able to receive your parcel tracking information. If you believe this to have been inputted incorrectly after payment has been successful, please contact us to amend this for you.

Shipping charges on all orders for both UK and International countries is non-refundable. Brother & Kin cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Brother & Kin responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Any issues regarding this must be taken up with the selected courier/local depot.
