We hope you're happy with your Brother and Kin order, but we do accept returns if you change your mind.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30 day return period, all returns must be received back to us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.
Products must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached.
How do I make a return?
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Please complete the returns form with your name and order number, and return the item back to us in the original packaging.
You can find our returns address on the returns form which is included in your original package. We recommend shipping the item to us using a signed for or tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns which are shipped without a signed for label.
Christmas Returns Policy
We have a Christmas Returns policy in place for orders from 18th November until 24th December, offering an extended Christmas returns period. All returns must be received back to us by 8th January.
What can I return?
All items can be returned, excluding the following:
- Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging
- Items with the tags or security ribbons removed
- Items with any marks from wear or try-on
- Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours. Your refund will then be processed and the refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
If your return cannot be accepted due to not complying with our returns policy, we will be in touch via email to confirm that your item is being sent back to you.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer exchanges in the UK. Complete the form included in your order with your name, order number and fill in the exchange section, and ship the item back to us in the original packaging.
We recommend shipping the item to us using a signed for or tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns which are shipped without a signed for label.
Once we’ve received your parcel back at our warehouse, we will be in touch via email to confirm this and your exchange will be dispatched to you. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability.
If you are outside of the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or new style, please return the items to us for a refund and place a new order with the new items.

Received a faulty item?
We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and images of the fault. We will look to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.
