If you require an exchange or full refund for your purchase, let us know!

All we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside one the enclosed Returns Slip. The returns address is also displayed on this document, however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch.

Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. We aim for a confirmation email of your return being processed to be received within 4 working days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.



To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.


  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging

  • Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched

  • Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order


  1. Please get in touch with our Customer Care at for further help with your exchange or return.

  2. If you require an exchange, please send us your original order number, with the item name you wish to exchange and the name of the item you would like to replace this with. Our Customer Care Team will then guide you with the next steps to exchange.

  3. "Pack it up, Pack it in" - Place the unworn/undamaged items into a secure & sealed shipping package (or re-use the original silver mailbag) including the given Returns Document, ensuring this is filled out correctly including your Name & Order Number for identification when it arrives back with us. Place this inside and seal up.

  4. Send off to us with a clear return shipping address displayed on the front (the address format is shown on your Returns Slip). Take note of the tracking number so this can be used to follow your parcel back to our warehouse.

  5. Await our confirmation - you will receive a confirmation email of your return within 4 business days of us receiving the parcel back, along with an issued exchange or refund.


PLEASE NOTE: We understand our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
