We’ve made our returns even easier. About time, right? 

The good news is you can now return your order for a refund or exchange in a few easy steps. The bad news is, you’ll probably want to keep everything!

What is your returns policy? 

If your order isn’t quite right, you can choose to opt for a refund or a live exchange on our portal, which you can access here. 

You have 21 days from the date of dispatch to log your return, plus an additional 7 days to post your parcel back to our warehouse using our designated returns couriers. 

You will be responsible for the cost of your returns label if returning for a refund. However, if you would like to exchange your item, you can do so for free. 

We’ve extended our usual return time frame. - Any purchases made online from the 20th November can be returned up until the 15th January or within our standard returns timeframe.
