We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7-10 working days for countries outside of the United Kingdom.
International shipping and customs charges will appear at checkout. You can also shop with free shipping, make sure to select your country when visiting our site and you'll see a pop-up along the top of the site with the minimum spend for free shipping.
You can select your local currency by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the website. The shipping costs and delivery timeframe will be calculated at checkout. All time frames are based on UK working days which do not include weekends or public holidays.
International orders are shipped with DHL or DPD who partner with local couriers, this varies for each international country. You will be provided with this information via your tracking notifications once your parcel has been shipped.
Although we do our best to advise accurate delivery times, they may be extended during busy periods.
All orders are collected by our courier within 72 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed, and then another email with tracking information once your order has been collected by the courier. The notification texts will read from 'Sisters and Seekers', our Sister brand.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Brother and Kin can’t be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit. Any issues regarding this must be taken up with the courier or local depot.
Do I have to pay taxes and customs when my order arrives?
All taxes and custom charges are included within the total price at checkout, there are no additional charges when your order arrives unless stated otherwise.

We will try our best to change this for you, please contact email@example.com with your name and order number as soon as you realise. If the parcel has already been dispatched we will not be able to update the address.
